Michelle Qualls, MBA, CPC
Practice Manager

Michelle Qualls has been the practice manager at Billings Dermatology & Aesthetics since July of 2008. She graduated from MSU-Billings with a degree in Business Finance and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Montana. Michelle worked in the healthcare field in strategic planning and practice management for 10 years before joining the office. She also comes from a military background, having proudly served 4 1/2 years in the US Army. Michelle is married with two daughters, and in her spare time enjoys fixing things and spending time with family and friends.

Reita Reiter
Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech

Reita is the longest serving employee on our staff, joining the office in 2004. Reita’s extensive knowledge as a dermatology Medical Assistant and Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT) make her an invaluable member of our team. Reita also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from MSU-Billings. Reita lives for the weekends, where you’ll find her camping and blazing four-wheeler trails with her friends and family.

Brittany Birchell
Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech

Brittany first joined our office in 2007, and after brief leave, she rejoined the office in 2012. As one of our longest serving employees, Brittany’s experience as a dermatology Medical Assistant and a Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT) make her a valued asset to our team. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, and also their two dogs Douglas and Walter.

Yvonne Bolton
Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech

Yvonne joined our office in 2011 as a receptionist, and has worked as a Medical Assistant since 2020. Yvonne is a Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT), and her experience and adaptability make her one of our greatest assets. Yvonne enjoys vacationing at the beach and collecting seashells, but most importantly enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and their families, and also being ‘Mawmaw’ to her beloved grandbabies.

Tawnie Riley
Billing Office

Tawnie joined our office in June of 2012. She graduated from MSU-Billings with a certificate of Applied Science in Medical Coding and Insurance Billing. She enjoys continuing to learn about the billing and coding process. She currently works from home and also is a stay at home mom. Tawnie is married with one daughter and loves spending time with family and friends.

Joyce Trusty
Billing Office

Joyce joined our office in 2019 and provides administrative support to our billing office and medical records operations. Many in the office think of her as the ‘office mom’ for all of the support she provides to our office. Joyce has a strong background in federal office administration, and is our go-to for special projects and for locating any records we need help finding.

Conrad Eckhardt, CPCD
Billing Office and Lab

Conrad joined our office in January of 2021, bringing his bright energy and a head as bald as the tires on his car. Conrad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from MSU-Billings in 2018. He is also a Certified Professional Coder in Dermatology (CPCD).  In his spare time he enjoys painting, watching reality tv, and staying at home with his puppies and cat.

Makenna Salas
Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech, CPT

Makenna joined our office in June of 2021, bringing with her a strong background in patient registration and education as it relates to skin and skincare products.  She enjoys continuing to learn, is a certified phlebotomist (CPT), and has completed the Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT) program. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kayla Nelson
Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech, CPT

Kayla joined our office in August of 2021 as a Charter College Medical Assistant extern.  Upon her graduation from Charter College we realized we couldn’t bear to see her go, and created a new position so she could stay. Kayla has since completed the Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT) program, and is also a certified phlebotomist (CPT).  She brings great enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more about the dermatology field and the ability to help our patients.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Alison Ray
Reception

Alison has been with Billings Dermatology since December of 2021. She came from a medical background managing supplies for hospital operating rooms. She brings with her an enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow in her skills and capabilities. In her spare time, she loves being with her husband getting lost in the wilderness. She has many hobbies but most times you will find her enjoying the outdoors hiking, fishing, camping, hunting, and spending time with her family.

Rikki Klein
Reception

Rikki joined our office in May of 2023 as our newest receptionist. She is a Montana native, born and raised in Glendive. Rikki has a back ground of working with the elders and acting as their physical, emotional, social, and mental support. She is very family oriented, which helps her relate to and find solutions for our current and future clientele. Rikki enjoys spending her free time watching new movies with her husband and taking their two Labrador Retrievers out for a run.

Samantha Semmler
Medical Assistant

Sammie first joined our office in 2017 and when the timing was right she rejoined the office in 2024. She is currently training as a Certified Dermatology Tech (CDT), and her experience as a dermatology medical assistant and a licensed esthetician make her a valued asset to our team. Sammie loves working with people and growing in her knowledge of skincare.  When she is not at the office she spends most of her time with her little boy.
